Nottingham Forest owner sues Crystal Palace over ‘gun banner’

Brett Wilson LLP has secured an injunction on behalf of the Law society, a named law firm and a named solicitor against Rick Kordowski, the operator of www.solicitorsfromhell.co.uk.
The injunction – which requires the immediate removal of the website -followed a successful application for judgment in default against Mr Kordowski. Representative proceedings had been brought by the claimants on behalf of the solicitors’ profession and other organisations and individuals listed on the website.
