Emily Prince

Emily advises clients on a wide variety of family law issues, particularly with reference to divorce and financial matters, whether it be by way of agreement or not. Emily provides comprehensive advice by always adopting a pragmatic, empathetic and client-focused approach. This allows her to achieve the clients’ aims in the most efficient way possible, both in terms of costs and timings. She encourages her clients to try to agree matters where possible, in order to avoid court proceedings.

She gained work experience in Milan, Italy before attending her Legal Practice Course, which enabled her to grasp a deep understanding of this jurisdiction, where she has both personal and professional connections. This allows her to often advise both British and European nationals with any Italian connections on cross-jurisdictional matters involving complex issues.

Emily qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018. She holds a LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Westminster in London and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.

Emily speaks Italian as mother tongue and basic Spanish and French. She is a member of Resolution.
