Emily is a family law Associate and advises on a wide range of matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage or relationships. These include financial and private children matters, as well as nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. The matters she advises on often have complex factors and international elements, particularly where involving the Italian jurisdiction. She is able to advise both British and European nationals with any Italian connections on cross-jurisdictional matters thanks to her personal and professional connections developed over the years.
Emily adopts a pragmatic, empathetic and client-focused approach. She takes pride in offering compassionate support and expert guidance during what can be extremely emotionally challenging times, ensuring that clients feel empowered and informed throughout the entire process and are able to obtain the best outcome for them, if possible by avoiding lengthy and stressful court proceedings.
Emily qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018. She holds a LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Westminster and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
Emily speaks Italian as mother tongue and basic Spanish and French. She is a member of Resolution and is featured on the Italian Consulate’s list of Solicitors in London.
