Morgan is an Australian qualified lawyer practicing in London. From her specialised experience in the legal industry, she has developed a strong interest and expertise in commercial dispute resolution, civil fraud litigation and insolvency law.

She has a strong understanding of strategic dispute resolution mechanisms for the client’s commercial advantage and the capability of analysing information and drawing conclusions based on law and fact to assist in the resolution of matters.

In Australia, Morgan has worked on complex liquidations of companies and asset recovery, including assisting in:

  • The Octaviar Group professional negligence claim against KPMG by analysing the relevance of company records, calculating trading losses, preparing position papers and attending at the mediation.
  • The Octaviar Group preference action against JP Morgan. 
  • The Walton Construction Group uncommercial transaction claim and preference action against the Australian Taxation Office.
  • Public examinations, numerous complex debt recovery files and advising liquidators and trustees of the conduct of their respective appointments.

She commits herself to continuing to broaden her legal knowledge in London and to provide quality client service, high work quality and strategic thinking in all matters she is involved in.

Morgan is also a member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association (ILA) which gives her the advantage of maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all aspect of insolvency law.
