Vishalee is dual qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales (2011) and an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law in New York (2009). She has extensive experience in representing clients at all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining Brett Wilson LLP, Vishalee was a Senior Solicitor at Howell-Jones LLP, where she specialised in litigation, insolvency, consumer credit and property litigation (with a particular focus on possession, service charge and ground rent arrears and forfeiture).
In Christopher Doyle v PRA Group (UK) Limited [2019] EWCA Civ 12 Vishalee successfully led a case to the Court of Appeal in front of the Master of the Rolls and two Lord Justices on behalf of PRA Group, and obtained a landmark Judgment regarding when time starts running for limitation purposes in cases concerning the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
